OneSchool Global UK has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Student Support to join our Regional Education Management Team, providing strategic oversight of SEND and inclusive practice across all UK campuses.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Education and working as a key member of the Regional Education Management Team, you will shape and lead a coherent national approach to student support and inclusive education. This role is primarily remote, with travel to our Head Office in Warwick and visits to our 23 campuses as required to provide visible leadership and collaboration across the region. You will ensure that provision for learners with additional needs is ambitious, evidence-informed and closely aligned with high-quality teaching and learning.
This is a highly visible, system level leadership role where you will influence practice across multiple campuses, develop specialist capability and ensure that inclusion is embedded as a core dimension of educational excellence.

Key responsibilities:
Design and lead the UK-wide strategy for SEND and inclusive education, aligned to educational priorities and statutory requirements.
Provide system leadership for student support, ensuring consistent, high-quality provision across all campuses.
Lead and develop the Regional SENDCo (RSENDCo) team, building capability and driving professional excellence.
Oversee identification of need, quality of provision and impact of support for learners with additional needs.
Hold strategic responsibility for the national SEND budget, ensuring ethical, needs-led and sustainable use of resources.
Monitor compliance with SEND legislation and statutory frameworks, providing assurance and risk oversight.
Act as the point of escalation for complex or high-risk student support cases.
Partner with Teaching & Learning, Safeguarding and Campus leaders to embed inclusive classroom practice and curriculum access.
Use data, audits and reviews to evaluate effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with families, external agencies and regulators where required.
